They were really helpful and got to me the next day, a storm came through and my electric box outside got messed up really bad, I only had half of my house working. It was a fire hazard, waiting to happen. I had called many places to come out to look at it and they was putting me off, it was so scary. I was so blessed when I called them the owner came out the same day and said that they could come out the next day to fix it. I thank God this company was so worried about my house catching on fire, so he put me in front of other customers because he was really concerned. Do Prien Lake homes already have the wiring for a smart home?

Mostly yes, but rarely all the way. Builder Cat5e is fine for the hub backhaul and indoor APs, but for PoE cameras and 4K doorbells we typically pull fresh Cat6 to the outdoor locations. The panel and 200A service are usually a non-issue.

Will my existing Eero or Google Wifi work as the smart-home backbone?

It depends on age and node count. A current-generation Eero Pro 6E mesh with three or more nodes can carry a typical smart home. Older two-node consumer mesh systems usually need to be expanded or replaced before we trust them with smart locks, cameras, and voice control.

Can you connect my smart home to a future Generac or Kohler generator?
