They sent someone right over, diagnosed the issue and gave us a few pricing package options. We selected the pricing package that was most affordable for us and scheduled their appointment to come back and do the work. On the day scheduled, two gentlemen arrived promptly, did a walk through assessment and helped us understand everything they would be doing and got right to work! They were professional, efficient and very thorough. My parents circuits were rerouted and are working better than ever!
