They were really helpful and got to me the next day, a storm came through and my electric box outside got messed up really bad, I only had half of my house working. It was a fire hazard, waiting to happen. I had called many places to come out to look at it and they was putting me off, it was so scary. I was so blessed when I called them the owner came out the same day and said that they could come out the next day to fix it. I thank God this company was so worried about my house catching on fire, so he put me in front of other customers because he was really concerned. I highly Recommend this company Hayes Electric to everyone out there for problems, they were very reasonable, it did not cost me a fortune that I did not have. The disconnect feeds the spa pack with GFCI protection on the entire circuit per NEC 680.42. NEC 680.26 equipotential bonding is installed: a #8 AWG bonding grid around the spa perimeter tying any metal piping, rebar, and metal parts of the spa to a common point.
The Lake Charles AHJ requires a permit and an inspection before water is energized. We file the permit, schedule the inspection, and do not energize until the inspector signs off.
