Yes. If the distance is under 100m, Cat6 in conduit is the simplest answer. If it is over 100m or near 100m with margin concerns, we run single-mode fiber with media converters at each end. We size the run to the actual distance.
For most residential drops Cat6 is the right answer up to 100m. Fiber is the better choice for outbuilding runs, dock equipment, and any future-proofing past 10G. On Grand Lake waterfront lots the long runs to a boat house or shop usually push into fiber territory.
Our scope is the cabling, terminations, and labeled patch panel. Network configuration (router, switch, access points) is a separate scope. We can recommend an IT contractor or do basic setup if it is in the agreed scope.
